1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. 
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States 15 - 20 business days
Canada, Europe 15 - 20 business days
Australia, New Zealand 15 - 20 business days
Rest of the world 20 - 30 business days
* This doesn’t include our 3-5 days processing time. 
* All Paypal pending need 10 days for verify and process.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.
3. DO WE PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow us 1 to 3 working days for updating the tracking information.

4. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

Sometimes, your packet will be stuck in Customs, they will take few days for checking the electronic items. If your order was placed at Customs more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

5. WHAT IS SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE?
We have 2 options in shipping:
You can choose normal shipping at a cheaper cost but if the goods are lost when shipped, we will not refund you, if the goods you receive are defective, broken, ... but cause not by you, we will send you a replacement product or refund you ( if you want the refund, you need send the package back).

Because there is always has a risk that goods in transit may be damaged, lost or delayed, you can choose to transport with Insurance when your goods have any errors due to shipping, we will immediately send you another product or refund you without asking for any whatever. Besides opting for transportation insurance, making sure the goods are packed safely and securely also mitigates any loss.
